Orca ff3 crashing or orca trouble?

Hi all,
I'm using ff3.0apre3, and I notice that lately, when I fill out a search form and press the submit button, 
the orca 
looses focus, until I press alt-f4 and am returned to the desktop.  Is this an orca bug or is firefox 
crashing?  Is 
there a newer firefox than apre3?

p.s.  I'm using orca svn revision 2172, but this has been going on for about two weeks, in which time I've 
checked out 
orca every day and built it.
