[orca-list] revised move to next large object

We have decided to scrap the navigate to next large object (based on 
screen real estate) and have tweaked the current implementation to 
consider text of a certain length.  Any accessible containing text less 
than this threshold will be skipped.  The current default is 75 
characters.  Text file and possibly GUI configuration capabilities will 
be provided soon.  The code will be entered into the repository soon.
