I am thinking of constructing a web page.
I started it at one point under Windows but I lost a few files and

What tools would anyone suggest for me to create and uploade my page
which are accessible with speech in Linux?
Hope someone can advise me.
I use Bluefish which seems to work well with orca. It's a dedicated HTML
editor, which means that it's easy to put in things like title, keywords,
links etc.
