Gnome-Speech built by Fedora doesn't, but should given that it's GPL and
provides important TTS support for Orca. I've included key Red Hat
people on this email for that reason.

espeak itself is available from the Fedora yum repositories, so the
issue of wiring it infor Orca is simply a matter of getting the
gnome-speech espeak drivers.

Until Fedora starts including those, you can get gnome-speech espeak
drivers by upgrading your gnome-speech from the Speakup Modified yum
