I've just got around to checking this in. It's finally in Orca SVN
trunk, and will be in the 2.17.5 Orca tarball that Will will produce
early next week.

Note that in order to get Liferea to play nicely with this Orca script,
you will need to startup liferea, then select:

Program->Preferences

Go to the Browser tab, and adjust "View Headlines With" combo box
to be "GtkHTML2".
