Ok,
I agree!
Since i am the starter of the formsmode debate, this is the best solution form
entering formfields.
Quote:
depending on the structure of the document. Seems that the escape key would
be a good mechanism for escaping from whatever field your in, regardless of
how you got there. It closes menus, should colapse a combobox, and could be
made to allow one to arrow away from a textarea. If any printable character
were typed after an escape, then it would be entered into the textarea and
the effects of escape would be canceled. Agreed that it sounds a bit like
forms mode too, but how does one handle the case of the textarea without
special activation or escape-from keys?
There still is the focus-problem and the difference in handeling between Java
and .NET.
I am sure it can be donne, but we have to cope with refreshing of fields,
popups, sliders and specially multi-sellectable comboboxes.
Many of the recruitmentsites use these and to be honest IE works better then
Firefox with these forms at the moment.
Sorry for the bad grammar.
I shall retest the sites with the newest vergion of Orca and let you know which
results i have discovered.
Greetings,
Peter.
