Hi,
I had this half year ago on my desktop machine:
Suddenly Orca pops up the settings dialog, whenever I start up Orca.
Repeating the settings and pressing OK doesn't solve the problem.
I tried to extend Orca with Javier's script which assigns a key stroke
to say time and date; I copied it to ~/.orca/orca-scripts. Since this
time the issue is there, despite the fact, that I deleted the scriptt.
Most annoying: My changes to the laptop settings are gone, since I've to
reset all settings.
When I restart, Orca keeps my changes, so I can close the dialog without
resetting everything.
What can be the reason for this, and how can I get ridd of this annoying
thing?
Hermann
