this might be a very simple question but I am really confused so please answer.
how does portaudio19 better orca?
I think portaudio is not some speech backend or some thing.
so how does it relate to orca?
and if there are benifits then how do I install it on my laptop?
do I need to install any thing else apart from portaudio 19 for geting
the advantages?
