[orca-list] can't remember that fix for orca and music playing, can some one remind me?

hello every one.
last week we had a discussion on the problem of orca getting stuckup
or stop to respond when a movy or an mp3 file is being played.
can some one remind me how this problem was solved?
some one sent me a file and I can't recall what that file was and
where should I store it.
you see, I get so many emails and then there are so many tasks to do
that some things get out of my mind.
