Unfortunately this doesn't give me a clue what's wrong. The only
real difference between your sources.list file and mine, is that
mine contains occurances of "us.archive.ubuntu.com" and yours
contains occurances of "jo.archive.ubuntu.com". I looked at:

http://jo.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/feisty/universe/source/

in my web browser, and it seems to be setup just fine.

I don't know what's wrong. I suggest asking this same question to
