How do I put in this patch?
1. cd into your Orca directory (e.g. ~/orca)
2. patch -p0 < path-to-patch (so if it's on your Desktop: patch -p0 <
~/Desktop/bullet-fix)
3. sudo make install
4. quit and restart Orca
