[orca-list] Warning: Latest Firefox not generating events for menus

Hi Folks.

It seems like the latest build of Firefox is not giving us any events
for menus.  This means, for instance, that when you press Alt+F for the
File menu and start arrowing up and down, one of two things will happen:

1. If Orca is controlling the caret, the File menu will be on the
screen, but you'll move around in the web page because Firefox hasn't
informed Orca that focus is now in the File menu.

2. If Gecko is controlling the caret, you'll move around in the File
menu, but Orca won't say anything because Firefox hasn't informed Orca
that focus is now in the File menu, nor is it informing Orca that focus
is changing from menu item to menu item.
