Orca terminal output is spoken even when terminal isn't focused

Hi.

For some reason, Orca is reading data send to a terminal even though the
terminal window isn't focused.  This makes doing tasks like dist-upgrades
difficult.

It seems the only way to keep this from happening is to give another
terminal focus.  If you are trying to use Nautilus, Firefox, totem,
gaim, or any app that isn't a terminal you will hear text sent to the
terminal.

This is happening on a box running the latest Ubuntu Edgy.
