Orca problems with text navigation in orca discovered

hello,
this is what I found out and may be I am stupid enough to find it the
wrong way but since I could not figure it out I am asking here.
how to read an entire document non-stop in text editores with orca?
this question also applies to openoffice writer.
if I have a document how do I read it?
