Hello Aruni,

You should never remove the address 127.0.0.1 from your setup.  This is
a so called local loopback and it should be present regardless your
other setup.  If not, several things may stop working...  Configure your
network interface (eth0) to 192.168.1.1, but leave the local loopback
(lo) at 127.0.0.1.
