Orca From Your USB Thumb Drive

Hi all,

I've been playing around with getting Orca automatically running from
a USB thumb drive.

Note that this is only currently for the adventurous. If you are unfamiliar
with CVS and Linux commands, I recommend just staying with the
version of Orca in Ubuntu Edgy.

But it does open up a whole new world of possibilities.
