Not that i'm aware of. I would like, however to see such a feature be
implemented in an inteligent way and i'd also like to have that feature
even support drag/dropping with modifier keys such as shift, alt and
ctrl. Sometimes some applications have different functions for drag and
drop depending on if you hold shift or ctrl or alt down. Another feature
that i would see implemented and that's losely linked to this feature is
the ability to move the mouse pointer in smallish increments.
