Hi:

Orca 0.2.3 was released on 23-Apr and the message from 25-Apr was
regarding GNOME CVS HEAD (i.e., something that hasn't been bundled in an
'official' release yet).  We're hammering away at the configuration
stuff this week and should be able to bundle a new release very soon.
If you want the latest stuff, though, you can pull it from 'orca' module
in the GNOME CVS repository (http://cvs.gnome.org).
