Hi Chris and Marion,

It seems that "bcameron" disabled the name server in ORBit2:

   1.15 <bcameron> 2002-07-10 12:12
   * src/services/name/Makefile.am
   No longer install name-client-2 or orbit-name-server-2
   since they are not used

I'll try reenabling it in Makefile.am and see if it still works. If
Michael Meeks is reading this, can you shed any light on why the name
server was disabled?
