Ok - you're not going to have that much joy. The threading support is
pending someone interested in making it fly. I have an interest in
helping someone and reviewing patches but no time to do it ;-)

The structure is fairly good for getting this right I think; but
unfortunately it's currently not thread safe, and we havn't implemented
the policies.
Ultimately though the code is vastly cleaner, and so it should be
easier to hack in in ORBit2.
