I have the following in /etc/ld.so.conf:

/usr/lib
/usr/lib/qt-2.1.0/lib
/usr/lib/qt-1.45/lib
/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/local/lib

All the gnome libs I can find on my system live in /usr/lib, including libgnorba,
which is the one in question.    I'm fairly stumped, there must be an easy answer,
but I can't see it =P
