Builder template can be annoying for a tutorial so it stick to basis

I can understand that it might be better for a beginner so everything
can be understood. But for someone trying to develop a new app with
Builder it's a bit harder.
If rewriting the examples so that they can easily be followed along
with Builder is not an option, how about an stepping-up tutorial.
Where one can see the differences of the default Builder code and the
Tutorial, to learn the differences and understand them. For newcomers
like me this would be really awesome I think.
Don't know if you're aware all the examples are avaliable as complete
code, like:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/tree/master/examples/application1
Thanks.
Best,
Michael
