Backported and pushed to 0.6.
Nice, but the backport is though slightly wrong:
* 4G preferred is actually not working, so I am unsure if we should use mode 0 (automatic) instead for this, or if we should leave it like that in case other ZTE modems support it.
* 2G/3G preferred modes include 4G, so maybe those should fail.
