ANN: NetworkManager 0.9.6.4 released

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce the release of NetworkManager 0.9.6.4, and
network-manager-applet 0.9.6.4.  These releases are bugfix releases with
no significant new features.  These fixes include better detection of
certain rfkill/airplane mode switches, ignoring kernel-created cache
routes, fixing stale properties in libnm-glib, better handling of buggy
kernel driver carrier notifications, not crashing when using a local
caching nameserver and no nameservers, ensuring the default route is
correct when the gateway isn't given with the first address, nmcli
enhancements for bonding and VLAN, documentation fixes, GNOME Shell
cooperation enhancements, and translation updates.  Thanks to everyone
who contributed!

Everyone is encouraged to upgrade to this new stable release.
