Huawei E169 - can't connect

I'm trying to connect using Huawei E169. I configured usb_modeswitch.
Then I created connection using nm-connection-editor. When I plug in the
modem I applet lists mobile connection I created, but I can't connect
(when I click it it does nothing).

I started "cnetworkmanager -m" then tried to use the connection, here is
