ANN: Release of NetworkManager 0.8.996 (0.9.0-beta2)

Hi,

I've tagged and uploaded 0.8.996 which has a number of fixes:

- don't require glib 2.26 (me)
- fixes for new dnsmasq (lp:725041) (deb #615082)
- crash fixes (Mikhail Efremov)
- ifupdown plugin fixes (Daniel Trebbien, Michael Biebl)
- save connection timestamps in /var not /etc (Jiri Klimes)
- install time fixes for Arch Linux (Ionut Biru)
- libnm-glib crash and correctness fixes (me)
- fix display of SSIDs in applet tooltips (Mikhail Efremov)
- build fixes and cleanups (Michael Biebl)
- import existing user connections (me)

In the usual places, named 0.8.996 of course:
