Re: associating -> disconnected

I also have this problem. I use a TPLINK TL-WN620G+ wireless card(USB). I can't find an official linux driver so I use the ndiswrapper. It can work. But It can't work after the access point(wireless router) reboot. When reconnect, it always ask for password(the password no change) then can't connect any more. from the log:

NetworkManager: <info>  (wlan0): supplicant connection state:  associated -> disconnected
NetworkManager: <info>  (wlan0):  link timed out.

Any thought about this issue, driver?

I installed that package. I'm not seeing as many drop-outs, but still
do occur.

Here's an example just now.  Not sure why it says I roamed away.
nm-applet shows 4 "bars" of 5 and the laptop is stationary.

What I'm curious about is if this is an issue with my access point or
the laptop.  My MacBook doesn't show drop-outs, but I'm not sure I
trust the wireless indicator on the Apple to let me know.  I don't use
ssh on that machine as much so I might not notice problems.

I notice pauses when typing over ssh on this Ubuntu laptop -- I use
mutt on a remote machine.  It's not latency, but what I type is not
echoed for a few seconds and then it catches up.  Somewhat annoying.  ;)
