The 'flags' property with the NM_802_11_AP_FLAGS_PRIVACY bit set is the
equivalent here.  It was redefined with 802.11i to mean not just WEP,
but whether the AP enforces any type of encrypted communications, thus
it will be set for WPA/WPA2 and possibly Dynamic WEP as well.
