accessibility problem with networkmanager under gnome

Hi List and developers,

I have tested yesterday an ubuntu live cd (karmic).
The latest networkmanager and older versions are blocking atspi so
people using screenreaders like orca
can't read the passwd dialogues and the gnome-keyring unlock dialogue.
I have also asked in gnome-accessibility-list and got the following
bugreport:

It will be really nice if someone can fix this (a11y blocking bug) of
networkmanager.

Currently I am able to setup my wireless connection using the applet and
after applying the settings, the keyring dialogues are popping up and
orca can't read anything.
