Try to delete (or move away) all those 3 files. Then reboot your
system and click the network icon on the gnome-panel (top right screen
corner by default).

Don't worry about that.

That isn't NetworkManager. It's a program called
system-config-network. Don't use it. It shouldn't be installed by
default on Fedora...
