Sorry for bothering all guys.
I tried to svn check out Networkmanager-0.7 and nm-applet from SVN
(revision 3095)
i followed some information from mail-list and following is what's i did
and following is the wpa_supplicant message:

should I run nm-applet by myself?
i ever tried to run nm-applet by myself but still doesn't work and
