Thanks for that info, you were right. Using Google, the first site that comes up with the sources is
http://people.redhat.com/jvdias/dhcdbd/

But after some more exploring I found this one:
http://people.redhat.com/dcantrel/dhcdbd/

and it has the most up-to-date source.
