hello,
i use Ubuntu Edgy Eft (6.10) and want to use network-manager. i have both a wired connection and a wireless one, but for the first one i need to change the mac address of the card. when i used /etc/network/interfaces i could do it like this:
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
hwaddress ether 00:00:00... (the address)
but i have read that in order to use network-manager all definitions except loopback must be removed from that file.
my question is, how to do it with network-manager?
i think that this option could be included into the app.
