The Orinco card does not seem to support the latest wireless
extensions that are needed for NM to talk to the card to do WPA but it
does do unencrypted and WEP

Robert Love posted a patch that enables this but it is not part of the
mainline NM since the authors did not want to have to support 10
different drivers and are focusing all their efforts on WEXT
compliance.
