Hmm, a bit more information is necessary.  What linux distribution, and
what version?  Also, what version of your dhclient packages, and of
NetworkManager?  My next theory here is that dhcdbd, or dhclient-script,
are not allowed to send DBus messages due to missing DBus security
policy for them.  This should really have been taken care of by the
packager for your distribution when you installed NetworkManager, and
the fact that you're having problems with this is likely a symptom of
that.
