I'm going to do a little Googling, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't
look too. :)
Woops, I got the wrong driver it is called ndiswrapper not ndis plus
you need to change /path/to/wpa_supplicant.conf to the path of your
wpa_supplicant.conf so if that is in /etc then you type:
wpa_supplicant -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf -iwlan0 -Dndiswrapper -dd
