I just reproduced the bug on this morning.
As far as I can analyze the lock, screen  and keyboard had freezed, and
music had stop played. Could not check wether network worked, but as
music stopped, I premume the whole computer locked.

syslog is deadly silent about the crash...

It crashed at 10:18. syslog just shows that networkmanager succesfully
connected to the VPN, then shows the reboot 10-15 minutes later...

any help for increasing verbosity welcome.
