NetworkManager for FC4

I updated this article for the release of FC4 and the corresponding 
release of NM dated 6-15-2005. It explains how to set up the nm-applet 
to run in the gnome or kde panel. This article shows screen shots of 
using Gnome. At this time, the only drawback to using KDE is that VPN 
passwords cannot be saved in Gnome keyring.
