The other alternative here is allowing users to modify the GConf
settings for the VPN config, but not putting that info in the VPN config
UI that's provided. It allows advanced users who really care to do what
they want, but doesn't clutter the UI with options 80 or 90% of people
won't really need.
You can already do this with the vpnc service, not quite sure about
OpenVPN. With the vpnc service, it's simply adding lines that would go
in vpnc.conf into the GConf config.
