Well yeah i don't think we should have a throbber capplet per say, just
some central way to theme the throbber. Also nautilus uses a bonnobo
component for its throbber, is galeon2 going to use this component?

Metatheme should provide central theming. However the one thing that
bothers me about it is that gnome has all these individual look and feel
capplets, and than may also have metathemer which has a completely
different look for each setting than the individual capplets. Perhaps
the end solution will be to integrate all the look and feel capplets
into metatheme and eliminate the individual capplets.
