Change location (/var/www)

These results are really impressive. But it seem change location uses
the same time. Is this the same situation that reloading the home dir?
say 12 dirs, 4 files in the home dir. When you hit reload it takes some
time to shown it again, but everything should be cached, isn't it? where
is then the bottleneck?
Thanks to all the people that is working hard to improve nautilus.
