More than likely. There should be updated versions of the
rpm-python bindings as well from wherever that version of
rpm came from ( looks like rawhide).
Try grabbing the rpm-python packages from:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/rawhide/i386/RedHat/RPMS/
