[mlview-list] project update

Hi all,

I have merged Scott's website patches into xml-style-web--mainline--0.1 .
I have also started to move my arse to add some content in there too.

Additions are the roadmap, (in html this time, thanks Scott), and docs about how
to get the sources from CVS and ARCH.

You can have a look at the new website proposal at http://www.freespiders.org/revamp/gmlview .
The roadmap is at http://www.freespiders.org/revamp/gmlview/roadmap.html .
The "getting the sources" page is at http://www.freespiders.org/revamp/gmlview/download.html

Maybe we should also add some content about the rationale of having our source code
in ARCH and keeping it in sync with the CVS.

A starting point of that rationale can be found at http://mail.gnome.org/archives/libcroco-list/2004-March/msg00011.html .

Scott, I think that the proposed date for the 0.8.0 release (October, 23 2004) is not realistic.
We planned to release the 0.7.0 around October 3, 2004 and we will try to stick to it.
I think that planning 0.8.0 for around December 5, 2004 would be more realistic. For people like us
who do open source in after hours only, 2 months is not that long. If you can stand the pace of a 2 months
based release cycle, that would be tremendously great.

Comments are welcome.

ps: what are you slackers waiting for to send out MlView 0.7.0 screeshots ugh ? :-). Now that you know how to
grab the sources from the GNU ARCH repository, compile it and seend out shots !

pps: how do I do to make screenshots thumbnails ? (I am a total gimp/art iliterate)

Dodji.
