Hi Andrea, Thanks for the explanation. It makes sense that I didn’t receive a personal reminder e-mail then. However, the wording on the foundation- list e-mail makes it seem like I should have. Maybe change the wording, or change the personal reminder time from T-3 weeks to T-4 weeks, so that the foundation-list should always arrive first (or at the same time)?
