qixiang wen is a long time GNOME community contributor. He is a community
leader in southwest OSS in China, found many OSS community like Linux Story
& Open Education Fusion. Plus, he was one of the volunteers of GNOME.Asia
Summit 2014 in Beijing.


This year, his bid won the GNOME.Asia Summit 2017 in Chongqing, I have
confidence in his ability and enthusiastic in GNOME community.

+1 for qixiang wen as GNOME Foundation member.
