Patricia has been involved in GNOME for some time now, as a code
contributor and volunteer at the Desktop Summit in Berlin. She
contributed significantly to the organisation of the Desktop Summit
throughout the year leading up to it and at the event itself. I think
she deserves to become a member of the Foundation.
