David is doing a remarkable job at maintaining Vinagre and
participating to other projects, as well as volunteering during the
Desktop Summit.

I confirm that David is a valuable contributor to the GNOME project
and I am happy he is finally applying for membership.

I am glad to vouch for David to be a GNOME Foundation Member.
