What?
"Resolved" as in "Ignored" ?

I'd didn't get any response besides this mail.

Seems communicating with you does not really work, long delays and
than answers like "it has been resolved" (without any indication on
what action has been taken) is just annoying.
There is clearly a room for improvement here on your side.
