RaphaÃl is the maintainer of Deskbar, a GNOME Desktop module since 2.14.
That alone should qualify him in my opinion, but he has done much more:
he has also helped Epiphany and Epiphany Extensions development (and
written an Epiphany extension), written an applet included in GNOME
Applets cvs HEAD (invest-applet), and contributed to the GEdit python
plugin support.
