I have known Andre as a consistent Evolution contributor as a bug master
and a user support person in the mailing list for more than 2 years.

He continues to play a crucial role in Bug triaging, resolving
duplicates and parking the bugs in the right places for the Evolution,
EDS and the GtkHTML modules.

He has, on more than one occasion, ensured that critical issues have
been brought to timely attention for the hackers amidst a deluge of bug
traffic that Evolution handles on an average day.

I am happy to endorse his application to the GNOME Foundation.
